For housing associations

Charging in the garage.
The board collects nothing.

Each resident pays for their own charging, and the association is paid back every month for the power from the shared meter.

An association's board should not be a billing department

When residents charge from a shared meter, somebody has to split the cost, collect it and answer questions. With Hladdu, that is our job.

A fair split

Every charge is recorded against the resident's car or card, and each pays for their own metered use.

The electricity paid back

Hladdu sells the electricity to residents in its own name. Each month the association gets a credit note for what charging drew from the shared meter, with one line per card and a breakdown.

No collecting for the board

Residents get a monthly invoice with a claim in their online bank, or pay by card. The association never issues an invoice itself.

An overview for the board

Supervisors see the chargers, live power and the month's usage. Residents see only their own charging in My charging.

Visitors and tenants

Visitors pay by card at the charger through a QR code, and tenants can have a prepaid card.

The supply decides

We assess what the supply can take and set up load management so the chargers share the power that is there.

Chargers already in the building?

In most cases we can connect chargers that speak OCPP straight to our platform and take over running them, wherever they were bought. If a make is new to us, we test it with you first.

A resident of a building that already has Hladdu? Sign up on a charger, or read the common questions.

Tell us about the building

The number of spaces, the supply and whether there are chargers already shape the solution. We make a quote fitted to the building, with no obligation.
