For resellers and electrical contractors

You sell the charger.
Hladdu runs the rest.

Operation, billing and user support for the chargers you sell, in Icelandic and with Icelandic invoices.

The customer always asks the same question: who bills?

A housing association or company that buys chargers also needs somebody to register users, split the cost and collect it. Hladdu does that, so you can sell the charger with a solution that works from day one.

Connects over OCPP

Chargers that speak OCPP connect straight to the platform, whatever the make. If a make is new to us, we test it with you first.

Icelandic invoices

Users get a monthly invoice with a claim in their online bank, or pay by card. Housing associations are paid back for the electricity by credit note.

Visitors pay by QR code

Visitors pay by card at the charger, and whatever is not used is refunded to the same card.

Autocharge

The car is the credential, and RFID cards and fobs work side by side on the same charger.

An overview for owners

Supervisors see the chargers, live power and usage in My charging, with reports in CSV, Excel and PDF.

Monitoring and support

We monitor the chargers, get an alert if one goes offline and answer users by phone and e-mail.

One platform, three points of view

The same platform serves the visitor at the charger, the resident at home and whoever runs the site. Each sees what they need and nothing more, all in a browser on phone or computer.

The visitor

Scans, pays and watches it charge

The phone opens the charger's page straight from the QR code. The visitor sees the kilowatt hours fill and the cost in krónur while the car charges, and can stop it themselves.

The resident

Sees their own use, month by month

My charging lists every session with its time, kilowatt hours and price. The months line up in a bar chart, so it shows at a glance whether winter costs more than summer.

The operator

Runs every charger and the settlement

The portal shows which chargers are online, how much power flows through the day and what the month settles: invoices to users, a credit note to the association and guest payments.

The pictures show made-up examples. Names and figures are not real data.

How we work together

You sell and install the chargers as before. We connect them to the platform, register cars, cards and payers, and take over billing and support. The customer gets one system and one invoice in Icelandic.
